Breaks 200m meet record held by an NFL Pro Bowl Star

Reduces Personal Best Time by Full Second!

Anthony Chesson of Midlothian, Virginia was already very fast. In fact he started the 2006 year ranked 2nd in his state in the 200 meters.

He then included the speed training strategy of using isometrics with resistance bands as taught by the AthleticQuickness.com RUN FASTER speed training program into his workout. Anthony reported, “It helped me take a full second off 200m times.”

His personal best time in the 200m had been 22.14 seconds.  Shortly after starting the AthleticQuickness.com  RUN FASTER training program, his best time dropped to 21.44, a full 6 tenths of second off his previous best time.

Anthony then took 1st place in the Southern Track Classic with a time of 21.36, setting a new meet record that was previously held by an NFL Pro Bowl star.

In the Dominion District meet. he again took 1st place, with a time of 21.34 and he followed that performance by becoming Central Region Champion in both the 100m (10.65) and 200m (21.44).

In the Atlantic Coast Invitational,  Anthony again took first place with a personal best time of 21.1 in the 200m – a full second faster than his previous best time before doing the RUN FASTER speed training program.

Anthony has reported that he is not yet finished breaking records:  “I’d just like to say that the AthleticQuickness.com RUN FASTER speed training exercises that I did last season worked!  Thank you for coming up with this program.  I recently bought two more sets of resistance bands, so expect more reports from me very soon.”

If you could set up a booth and sell sprinters’ speed, junior Anthony Chesson would be the richest kid at Manchester High School.  Since that’s impossible, he’ll settle for being the fastest. Gene Bowen has witnessed a lot of fleet feet come and go in his 20 years of coaching Lancers track, so when he says, “Anthony’s the fastest kid we’ve ever had,” you take notice. Chesson snapped Manchester’s 100-meter record with a 10.94 as a freshman.  With speed to burn, it’s no wonder his nickname is “Smoke”.
